Job summary

Wellsential Health at Windsor Arbor View in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a full-time night shift (10pm-6am). You will assist residents with ADLs, deliver hands-on care per care plans, monitor vital signs, and document changes accurately.

Must hold an active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) and complete a state-approved CNA program. You must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP) required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Minimum age 16.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on patient care per individual care plans.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes to RN/LVN staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per state and federal regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.

Education
