Job summary

Wellsential Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support residents at the Edinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Edinburg, TX. This full-time role offers hands-on patient care and opportunities to grow.

You will assist with ADLs, record vital signs, and follow care plans under RN/LVN supervision. Requires active Texas CNA certification and completion of an approved CNA program; must be eligible to work in the United States. Various shifts available.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP).
• Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
