Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine nursing care and assist residents with daily activities per care plans. You will measure vital signs and observe changes, reporting to the Charge Nurse. Prior long-term care experience is preferred and a CNA license is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This on-site role emphasizes resident safety, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
