Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role involves assisting with daily activities, observing residents, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA license, with preferred experience in long-term care and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires compassionate care and adherence to care plans and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license and be in good standing.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care tasks (bathing, feeding, dressing).
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
• Support residents in mobility and transfers; respond to calls.
• Contribute observations for resident care plans.
