Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license in the state of assignment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and assist with transfers per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report incidents or changes in resident status to nursing staff and document appropriately.
• Maintain Daily Log and clinical documentation; ensure confidentiality.
• Support activity programs and resident engagement; assist with move-in and transitions.
