HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Indiana. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, building meaningful relationships with seniors who wish to age in place while delivering empathetic support and reliable assistance.

The role emphasizes companionship, daily living support, and transportation to appointments, with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement in a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus.
• Daily access to email, internet, and a mobile phone.
• Must be physically able to lift/push/pull ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion for older adults and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide social companionship and one-on-one caregiving.
• Assist with daily living tasks: feeding, medications reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, meal prep.
• Provide transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Offer standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation and other care as needed
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
