HomeWell Care Services IN219 is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one non-medical in-home care, helping seniors age in place with dignity and empathy.

You will work individually with clients, performing daily living tasks, offering companionship, and supporting independence while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• No healthcare certification required; CNA/HHA or 6+ months geriatric care preferred.
• Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's care a plus.
• Daily access to email, internet, and a mobile phone.
• TB test proof if required by Indiana law.
• Must be physically able to lift ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Compassionate heart for older adults.
• Excellent communication skills; mature, punctual, reliable.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation and other care as needed
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test (as required by the State of Indiana)
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
