Job summary

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information including PHI.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care tasks as trained.
• Observe and report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Ensure rooms are prepared for residents and assist with transfers as needed.
• Follow established policies and procedures and cooperate with staff.
