Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Provide supportive care to nursing staff and residents as assigned.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meals, and document intake.
• Monitor weight, skin condition, toileting needs, and report changes to nurses.
