Job summary

Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Tulsa, OK is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care on day shifts. The role requires teamwork with nursing staff to support daily living activities and comfort.

The CNA will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, monitor resident well-being, and document changes while upholding confidentiality and facility policies. A CPR/BLS certificate and state CNA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents
• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance
• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake
• Participate in care-plan meetings and report changes in resident conditions to nurses and supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
