Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver in Charleston, SC. You will provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities.

The role focuses on promoting independence and participation in community activities, while documenting care and reporting incidents as needed. Responsibilities include housekeeping, responding to calls and emergencies, assisting with movement and meals, and supporting residents during move-ins and activities.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Encourage residents to function independently and participate in community activities.
• Report incidents and document care concerns to appropriate staff.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents to and from dining rooms and activities.
• Document resident status and changes in logs and records.
