Job summary

Bethesda Dilworth is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide patient care, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, safety, and daily rounds. You will document patient information accurately and assist with admissions and resident orientation. The role requires CNA certification and CPR, with long-term care experience preferred.

This on-site position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits. You will work within a supportive team, respond to call lights promptly, and maintain patient records

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you will be working.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care related to hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety.
• Document appropriately into patient records per guidelines.
• Complete admission procedures and orientation for new residents.
• Take vital signs, height/weight, and monitor intake and output.
• Assist with transfers and positioning, and manage equipment per orders.
• Respond promptly to call lights and rounds, and communicate with Charge Nurse.
• Maintain supplies and report needs; participate in ongoing education and reassignments.
