Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment that respects rights and dignity.
• Assists with care planning by reporting resident needs and observations to the charge nurse.
• Attends to grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility and other resident needs per care plan.
• Maintains cleanliness, privacy and a caring environment; reports issues to supervision.
