Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time CNAs for day and night shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). Provide direct care to residents under licensed nurses and contribute to a patient-centered care team.

Requirements include a current CO CNA license, CPR, ability to pass CO CAPS background check, and reading/writing English. Earn $18-$25/hour with a $2,000 bonus for full-time status, plus benefits such as vision, dental, 401k match, PTO, and sick leave.

• Current, unencumbered CO CNA license.
• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered CO CNA license

Minimum 10th-grade education

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $18-$25/hour

* $2,000 bonus paid: $250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days, $500 paid after 6 months & $1,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus.
