Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is hiring CNAs for full-time and PRN shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). You will provide direct care to residents under licensed nurses, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, caring environment.

Current CO CNA license and CPR certification are required, with English literacy and background checks. LTC/SNF experience is a plus; join a team dedicated to resident-centered care and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CO CNA license in good standing.
• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass CO CAPS background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurses.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Document care and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
