Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring full-time CNAs for 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts in Grand Junction, CO. The role provides patient-centered care under licensed nurses, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.

Eligible candidates must hold a CO CNA license, CPR certification, and be able to pass background checks; LTC/SNF experience is a plus. Benefits include healthcare, 401k with match, PTO, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO CNA license.
• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.
