Benchmark Senior Living Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate care in a warm, home-like environment within our Assisted Living neighborhoods. Flexible shifts include FT 11p-7a and PT 7a-3p, 3p-11p, with hourly wages $20–$21.25 and shift differentials for 2nd/3rd and weekend shifts.

As a CT State Certified CNA, you will deliver resident care, assist with daily living activities, and document changes for the care team in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a CT State Certified CNA to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

Hourly Wage Range $20-$21.25

Shift differentials are paid when you work the 2nd, 3rd and/or weekend shifts. The hourly shift differential rates are $1.50, $2.00 and $1.00 respectively.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA to be considered for employment

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment in our Assisted Living neighborhoods.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
