Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs for Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 7a-3p, with 30 hours or 22.5 hours per week, weekends optional. A $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions is offered, with $500 after 60 days and $500 after 90 days.

Hourly wage ranges from $21 to $22.25 depending on certification. CT State Certified CNA required. This role delivers care in a warm, home-like environment and includes benefits such as paid

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA for consideration

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
