Job summary

The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time CNA for night shifts (7p–7a) to provide direct resident care and support as part of a compassionate healthcare team.

Starting wage is $20/hr based on experience; Florida CNA license and CPR are required. The role emphasizes hospitality, excellent documentation in PCC, and teamwork in a Life Plan Community setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
• Reposition and transfer residents from beds or wheelchairs.
• Observe, report and respond to resident needs to the charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is accessible and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with measurements and vital signs.
• Assist residents with errands and activities as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.
