Job summary

The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care in our Skilled Nursing unit. You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and support nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for activities of daily living

• Assist with measurements (height, temp, pulse, respirations) and resident errands/activities

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
