Job summary

The Arlington in Naples, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for the SNF nights shift (PRN). Join our upscale community to provide compassionate care to older adults and be part of our amazing TEAM!

Must hold a valid Florida CNA license and CPR, and have the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend English. Daily responsibilities include direct patient care, transfers, and monitoring resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license and CPR are required.
• Must be able to Speak, Write and Comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Observe and report any unusual findings to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within reach and answered promptly.
• Assist with measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands and activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUSThave the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
