Job summary

The Arlington in Naples is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing unit. A valid Florida CNA license and CPR are required. Starting at $20/hr based on experience. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on care in a luxury senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Ensures call system is within reach and answered promptly.
• Assists with measurements, temperature checks and pulse/respiration as needed.
• May assist residents with errands and activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
• MUSThave the ability to Speak, Write and Comprehend the English Language.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC, and complete in-service training.
