Job summary

The Arlington of Naples is an upscale senior living community seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for our Skilled Nursing unit. We offer a rewarding role caring for older adults with competitive pay starting at $20/hr based on experience.

Must hold a valid Florida CNA license and CPR, with English proficiency. We provide excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and an employee referral program.

• Ability to document patient records using PCC and complete in‑service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Reposition patients and transfer from beds or wheelchairs.
• Observe and report unusual findings to the charge nurse.
• Ensure call system is accessible and responsive.
• Assist with measurements (height, temperature, pulse, respirations) and with errands/activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Florida license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR.
