Job summary

The Arlington of Naples is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Nights) for our Skilled Nursing unit in Naples, FL. PRN position with a starting pay of $22/hr based on experience, and a Florida CNA license is required. You will provide compassionate care to older adults and join a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Florida CNA license and CPR.
• Must be able to Speak, Write and Comprehend English.
• Ability to document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming and feeding.
• Reposition patients and transfer from beds or wheelchairs.
• Observe and report unusual findings to the charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within reach and answered promptly.
• Assist with measurements (height, temperature, pulse).
• Assist residents with errands and activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting.
• Repositioning patients and transferring from beds, wheelchairs, etc.
• Assist with resident needs by observing and reporting all unusual finds to charge nurse.
• Ensure the call system is within the reach of resident and answered promptly.
• Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature and pulse respirations.
• May assist residents with errands, and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
