Job summary

Atrium Centers Hillcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Community/Northcrest is seeking a Part-Time CNA for 2nd shift at our 39-bed facility in Michigan. You will provide compassionate resident care while supporting a mission-driven team in a 100% employee-owned community.

Join us to assist with daily activities, follow infection control procedures, document vitals, and ensure residents' rights are respected with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Service mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals.
• Report any violation of the Resident's Bill of Rights immediately.
