Job summary

Atrium Centers Allendale Nursing & Rehabilitation Community seeks a committed CNA to provide hands-on resident care in our 60-bed facility, aligned with individualized care plans and infection control standards. You will support daily activities, monitor vitals, and ensure resident safety.

We value a service-minded, team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance, with opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and a path to growth within a 100% employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA course and active state certification.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans.
