Job summary

Atrium Centers Gladwin Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a courteous CNA to provide resident care under approved Care Plans and support daily activities for a 60-bed facility. This full-time role includes day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and requires a valid CNA/STNA license.

You will contribute to infection control, accurate documentation, and a compassionate team environment focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Excellent attendance and commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
• Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
