Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide resident care at a 87-bed facility in Wisconsin. You will follow individualized Care Plans, assist with daily activities, and ensure resident safety with attention to infection control.

This is a shift-based role with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours across multiple shifts. The position requires CNA/STNA certification, strong communication, reliability, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety
• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly
• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
