Job summary

Atrium Centers Grayling Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a CNA/STNA to provide compassionate resident care at our 72-bed facility. You will assist with daily activities and deliver services per approved care plans, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities include following infection control measures, completing vital signs documentation, and promptly reporting any violations of Residents’ Rights while fostering a respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course with active state licensure.
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
• A service mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
