• Must be able to provide quality care and support residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow all infection control procedures.
• Accurately document vitals and required information.
• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights.
• Support residents and your care team with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do
