Job summary

Atrium Centers Lincoln Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our 1st shift team. You will provide compassionate resident care per the approved Care Plan, assist with daily activities, ensure safety, and maintain infection control and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mentality with a thirst for learning.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
• Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately

Pay: $17-$18/hour + $3.40/hour Hero Pay
Facility Size: 39 Beds

Must hold current license to practice as a CNA.
