Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• At least 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.

• Demonstrates patience, compassion and empathy toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned per policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and available to residents.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
