Walnut Grove Care & Rehab in McAlester, OK, seeks compassionate CNAs to join our small, caring team delivering quality senior care.

Starting wage is $18/hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time staff receive PTO after 30 days, six holidays with premium pay, and a yearly floating holiday.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must pass state-issued exam.
• Must have valid CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Six months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Reliable communication via email/phone for employer updates.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, bathing, feeding and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists with feeding.
• Measures vital signs and records data as directed.
• Maintains resident comfort and safety, and reports changes to nursing staff.
