Anchor Post Acute, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility behind Aiken Mall in Aiken, SC, is hiring CNAs. The role offers $15–$19/hour based on experience, with a $4/hour weekend differential and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Assistant Program.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as directed.
