Job summary

Saba Health Care in Naperville seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily care, vital signs, and mobility. This on-site role requires active CNA and BLS certificates and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Shift options include early, mid, or overnight hours. You will join a team dedicated to high-quality resident care and collaboration with nursing staff to maintain safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate must be current and active.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work 0630–1430, 1430–2230, and/or 2230–0630.
• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform ROM, Dressing, Grooming, etc.
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.

Requirements

• CNA certificate (current and active)
• BLS certificate
• Able to stand for hours at a time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Prefer:

• Experience with LTC
• Experience with POC
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Tasks for this position include, but not limited to:

• Able to work 0630 to 1430, 1430 to 2230, and/or 2230 to 0630
• Safely perform daily resident care
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, ect.)
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.
