Job summary

The PARC Joliet Nursing in Joliet, IL is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our care team. The role requires an active LPN license and BLS certification, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

You will administer medications, perform patient assessments for charting, work with CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care, and enter MD/CNP orders in PCC and eMAR. Day shifts from 0600 to 1800, with a supportive, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• LPN license active and in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work day shift 0600 to 1800.
• Safely administer medications.
• Perform assessments on patients for charting and when notify MD/CNP.
• Work with CNAs to provide high-quality resident care.

• Able to perform standard nursing care as learned in nursing school.
