Job summary

Arista Healthcare in Naperville, IL is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver daily resident care and support clinical staff. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and document vitals and weights as part of a collaborative care team.

Required CNA certification and BLS, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate shift rotations from early to late. This role emphasizes resident well-being and teamwork within a growing facility.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate must be current and active.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to stand for hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, etc.).
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.

Requirements

Prefer:

• Experience with LTC
• Experience with POC
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Tasks for this position include, but not limited to:

• Able to work 0630 to 1430, 1430 to 2230, and/or 2230 to 0630
• Safely perform daily resident care
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, ect.)
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.
