Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires an active CNA license in the state and a focus on respectful, patient-centered care with attention to infection control and safety procedures. Night, 12-hour shifts rotate per facility needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification/license in the applicable state.
• Certification in BLS is preferred or required per facility.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition and vital signs.
• Record vital signs and intake/output accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support meal service and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Follow infection-control and safety policies.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care.
• Assist nurses with CNA scope tasks.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support to residents in a long-term care facility. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, maintain patient comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other required observations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition and hydration.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
• Provide emotional support and maintain respectful, compassionate relationships with residents.
• Assist nurses with patient-care activities within the CNA scope of practice.
• Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Follow residents’ individualized care plans and facility procedures.

Requirements:

• Current and active CNA certification/license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification preferred/required based on facility requirements.
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Nursing Home, or Geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents with transfers and mobility.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care.

CNA : Basic duties including assistance with ADL's, bathing and meal set up. We have 2 floors. May float between the two floors.
