Job summary

Saba Health Care in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support daily resident care in a new community. The role requires focus on safety, compassionate patient support, and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with ROM, dressing, grooming, and lifting up to 50 lbs. COVID-19 vaccination is required; LTC and POC experience are preferred to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate (current and active) required.
• BLS certificate required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming).
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned.
