Job summary

Highline Post Acute in Denver, CO is seeking CNAs for full-time day and swing shifts, with weekend rotation. Shifts include 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, plus PRN options, and a $2/hour Sunday shift differential.

You will provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, joining a team that prioritizes empathy, collaboration and a positive work culture.

• Current, unencumbered CNA license in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus

Highline Post Acute is hiring CNAs! Shifts: Full-time, 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation Full-time, 2pm-10p with a weekend rotation PRN, 6am-2pm PRN, 2pm-10pm PRN, 10pm-6am * PRN must work at least 2 shifts per month including a weekend shift

Rate Range

$20-$26/hour + $2/hour shift differential on Sundays
