Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before shipping, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, prioritizing risk, schedule, and cost controls to protect margins and relationships. Travel and active project presence are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
