Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager who will own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before shipment, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope while growing accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC with ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure; ability to hold technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing/inspection programs and proposals.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve issues quickly with clients.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability and project performance.
