Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned project manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Strong scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
