Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through delivered reliability.
• Run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability; maintain profitable projects and informed clients.
