Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a project manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews, reviewing reports, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, coordinating field and laboratory resources, reviewing daily reports, and maintaining budgets and invoicing inputs while growing accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control experience
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability
