Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and testing programs. You will scope proposals, price programs, schedule field and lab resources against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, coordinating budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI required.
