Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, and negotiations on budgets, invoicing, and change scopes will be a regular part of delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
