Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before shipment, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through delivered reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials and credible with senior technicians.
• Strong business and field credibility; able to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
