Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned project manager to own client relationships and the testing program: scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing, and expand accounts through reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications ICC, NICET, or ACI credentials required.
• Strong client-facing communication under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
