Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with self-administration of medications under supervision of RN or LPN
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and documentation
• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
• Encourage resident interaction and socialization
• Supervise nurse’s aides and assist with direct care when needed
• Monitor and ensure quality care throughout the facility
• Transport and assist residents with meals and mobility as needed
